    Rice Flour

    Rice flour is a fine flour made from ground rice. It is completely gluten free, including even “glutinous rice flour,” which is made from sweet rice and is a staple for making Japanese treats like mochi.

    Rice flour /Rice Powder is made from finely milled rice. Rice flour is also used as an alternative for wheat flour, specially for individuals who are intolerant to gluten. Rice flour is also used as a thickening agent.
